In 1977 I took six pottery lessons at a nearby art gallery. It was like eating one potato chip. Those lessons led to beginning a small business where I sold my pottery at local art fairs and festivals. In the mid 1990’s I began taking art lessons at Repenning Fine Arts, starting with oils and branching out into other media. Beginning in 2005 I studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. Several of my pieces have been displayed (and sold) at the Continuing Education Juried Student Art show at PAFA. I have also won awards at Cherry Hill Art Blooms juried art shows. Recently Eiland Arts has been an outlet for my work with several pieces for sale there currently. I am now primarily a printmaker utilizing various techniques to produce unique prints. I believe that making original art affordable and accessible to everyone is important.
